This workshop will provide comprehensive introduction to the use of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in the assessment and treatment of female sexual dysfunction. Participants will explore the psychological, cognitive, behavioral, and relational factors that influence sexual well-being, while learning structured CBT strategies to address common sexual concerns.
Through lecture and small-group activities, the workshop emphasizes the translation of evidence into clinical practice. Key topics include psychoeducation, cognitive and behavioral interventions, communication skills, mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, ethical practice, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
